Yesss. I always make sure to eat one at least one a day. With a busy work schedule, Par-Faits are a life saver for me when I need to re-energize.

You should try it sometime. Lot's of different parfait recipes online and you don't need a lot of ingredients, very simple to make and like you say they are delicious! 😎

Or maybe, I can get one from a cafe or the supermarket if I'm lucky 😉
