Pass is recovered!

So, I have an old iPhone 5s recuperated from my mom's, and I couldn't go online for 8-9 months! I've finally had enough and have gone to FIDO, my phone provider, to have them type in my pass for me. Thanks to them, I can now use my Wi-Fi on my phone too! The old iPhone 6s I've had for 2-3 years already has broken down completely. It's completely unusable and broken currently in life.

They typed your password for you instead of resetting it? That means they have your password in plain-text somewhere, just waiting to be hacked.
