Paying 200 FP Cash

If you can make me an interesting banner for Web Surf I will give you 200 FP cash. I'm not specific on the way it looks but make it somewhat interesting. :great: Even a simple text effect would do but I would perfer it to look interesting. If it looks awesome I will pay you 300 FP cash.
