Would you pay more at a movie theater for a better seat?
I probably wouldn't pay more and we don't go to the movies too often. I'll pay a few dollars more on an airline flight for a slightly better seat and maybe even at a theater for a performance, depending on what the show is about.
it's the same price near me at £8 a ticket and the seats are big with your own seat rests. 🙂 30mins drive away you pay double at £15 and you seat next to people at 5ich apart
We always sit in the middle up top, so it’s very annoying to see AMC announce that they’ll be charging more for the better spots. That was one of the perks of going earlier.’
Streaming services are slowly becoming the death of theaters since a lot of streaming services will show films on their streaming service around the time the film is released in theaters.
I probably wouldn't pay extra money for a specific seat. Granted, I'd hate sitting at the very front, but I'm pretty comfortable sitting anywhere to save some extra bucks.
I stopped going to movie theaters around 25 years ago.
I would pay more to stop people using their phones, talking, eating and doing all the other things they seem to want to do instead of watching the movie.
Where we go to watch movies it is the same price no matter what seat you get at the cinema and it is already quite expensive as well so I am very glad that I don't need to pay extra for a better seat if I am honest. I think now it is just over £8 to watch a movie with 3D or even 4D being a little extra.
