That's not how it works, if you don't post an intro then request a cash out, you don't get paid as stated in the rules.

If your a new member you must post an introduction as standard, this will be 15 FP cash also, but no introduction = no cash for all topics/posts made.

Well sorry but no, there's the introduction board clearly there, the hello/goodbye thread is just to say hello and goodbye, not introduce yourself.
