Basically my site is not working for some people but for others it is and sometimes it will work then just not then work?

Seems like you may need a new host if they take a long time to reply to a support request. 😛 Who is your host?

I am now with errantweb will be moving domain and set over soon.

Good choice. Have been with them for around a month I think and really happy with them. Hopefully that solves your issues.
