Nope :L tried adding same db details still trying to download new wordpress blog..

Yep i tried not and doing still both the same.

Can you PM me a screenshot of your database on the database page on cPanel and PM me your wp-config file (REMOVE THE BIT WITH YOUR PASSWORD IN IT!)

I've done a lot of moving wordpress installs around, so I should be able to help.
