Paypal --> Bank Account Minimum Amount?

Is there a minimum amount of $$ to withdrawl from your paypal account, to your bank acount?

I hear the wait is like 3-7 days once the $$ is withdrawled, but is there a minimum amount or could I withdrawl $0.01 from my paypal account to my bank account if I wanted to?
