Dear forumpromotion member,my country doesnot support verified paypal account plus no banks credit cards can verify paypal a/c and for every kind of transaction in internet i am in need of paypal a/c,please help me by creating a paypal a/c,inreturn i ll provide you any service in forums you want maybe 200posts to your forums or lifetime active membership to your forum and anything you like me to do for you as i have 16hr a day for internet...just i need is a verified paypal a/c...If any1 want to pm me or just reply my post 🙂

If you need a PP just get a VPS in Canada & verify it with a VCC or prepaid debit card if you have to. You'd have to be a fool to create a paypal account for someone else using your own IP & everything if they simply use it for fraud and get it limited, nice way to get your own account gone too.
