Hey, I updated the total forum and web design of the site so if you can tell me what you think, that would be great, pay no attention to the users on the forum, as that is not important.

Is this the forum you are trying to get reviewed? http://pc-core.net/forum/ If it is, next time post the forum instead of your site because it makes the job harder for the reviewers.
Number of Members:
There are not a lot of members but that is ok for a board that is just starting out. I would do maybe a weekly review of an aspect of a computer to get more members.
Number of Active Members:
The ratio is really bad but again, the board is just starting out so it's ok.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise):
I don't see anything spam-related.
Appearance (first impressions):
The forum has a nice skin from extreme pixels. The only thing bad I can really say is that some icons could be changed.
Layout:
I love the layout. Not too many forums!
Moderation:
Since there is little activity and little amount of memberbase the moderation is not really needed. Its fine the way it is right now.
Activity:
Again, activity is low but that is only because of the size of the forum.
Overall mark (out of 100):
I would give 85/100

Hi,
I am fully aware of what I posted, the forum is site reviews, not just forum, as I said, the forum means nothing, and the forum is actually 6 months old, but the forum didn't need a review. It was the site I was concerned about, which the reviewer failed to report upon.

It won't be to the usual structure (as most won't apply) but we are going to start to review sites aswell but i will review it later.
