When I do ctrl alt del it is black too how can I change the brightness bar to blue aswell as the ctrl alt del to blue I had to reset my pc since I had a trojan

you want to chnage the black to blue? Go into settings, Personalization then colors tab

Thank you for your help. I restarted my computer and it seemed of gone back to Blue for some reason.
