Website Review
First Impressions
All I see is purple, and a telephone number, nothing that really tells me straight away what this site is about, the banner fails to give any real clues either.
The actual name of the site is not apparent until you start to read the RH text panel, and even then it takes a little guess work.
It’s also unusual to say the least to have the nav tabs above the banner, plus as we read left to right the eye is not drawn naturally to the board title in the text panel.
In the list of “What we do” you’ve missed a chance to create hyper links to pages explaining this more thoroughly.

Appearance
To be really honest purple is not the best colour for a background, well certainly not this shade, it’s just too bright, and too much of a contrast, it’s not at all friendly on the eyes.
We naturally read left to right, so I find it difficult to understand why the sidebar is on the left, I feel it should really be on the right.
The lack of a proper banner heading, and favicon give me the impression the site had been put together in a hurry, trying to put over a professional image is difficult enough, and this totally fails to do that.

Navigation/Layout
As mentioned before I feel the layout can be improved by switching the sidebar to the right, I would also investigate moving the navbar to a more traditional position.
The banner needs some serious work, it fails to tell the visitor what the site is about, a picture of some Ethernet cables just doesn’t do it, especially as all you have is mobile telephone no to accompany it.
What links you do have, get people to where they might want to go, and that is about all.

Content
Your content barely reaches the minimum required for the review, there is to be honest not a lot of what I would call “real” content.
What content you do have is well written and quite informative.
I do think however that you have missed an opportunity to give visitors a better insight into your services, a link from each one, explaining in more detail the actual service would be good, this will of course take time, but once done I feel it would be a great feature.

Footer
A footer doesn’t really exist, you could use that area to show who’s parts you use, suppliers might even be willing to pay a small fee to advertise in the footer.

Final Remarks
I would hope from the score that this was not proposed as a final draft of the site, and that it was more of a “shall we see”.
The site is never going to be the busiest on the web, simply because it will appeal only to those within say a 50 mile radius of the business, so it’s really up to you to decide if the points I have suggested are warranted by the restricted audience.
Of the comments I have made I feel the most important to be the theme, that should be easy to fix, the rest as I have said demands a lot of work.
