Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Wow! I'm not usually a fan of light themes at all, but yours is just beautiful! Not only does it have a lot of eye appeal, but it also wonderfully suits the central theme of your site. I really like the folder images. The only thing that bugs me is the ad at the top that makes your header so much bigger, but I know that you can't help that. Other than that, your theme is wonderful.
Your forum also looks quite active at first glance. Your statistics are fairly solid, and there aren't any empty forums on your index. I seriously doubt that any prospective member would avoid your forum because it looks inactive.
Overall, I was amazed by your forum at a glance!

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout is organized, but it runs quite long! Having a long index can make navigation a bit tricky. I'm not sure how I would condense your index, but it does look like you have some forums that aren't being used heavily at the moment. If you feel that you can combine any forums, then do it. Your layout is organized and focused well on your site's central theme, though, so it's not horrible.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my rough calculations, your forum receives approximately thirty posts per day. You have about thirty posts for each of your 335 members. Your forum isn't dead, but there is still plenty of room for improvement. I would definitely recommend making use of services on Forum Promotion and abroad; your excellent graphics have a good chance of catching the eyes of Pokémon fans. Since you have well over three hundred members, you may consider sending out a mass e-mail. In eleven months, it's easy to forget to visit a forum. You may also consider signing up on anime forums, gaming forums, and even television-related forums and posting around a bit wearing your site's signature banner. That may attract some eyes.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
If I can count, your forum currently employs two administrators and three moderators. That seems like a sufficient amount of staff for your activity level; I wouldn't recommend hiring any more unless your forum starts to grow very rapidly. Your staff appears to be active for the most part, but you have one staff member who has less than one post per day. It's important for staff members to post actively to make the staff look dedicated. Your staff members don't always appear to do the best job of welcoming new members, either. I see a naked introduction topic (zero replies) on the first page of your introduction forum. It's important to make sure all new members feel welcome; they're more likely to stay. I think that your staff needs to work on being more active.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your descriptions are a bit monotone, and they have many grammatical errors in them. I think that you need to write descriptions that make your forum sound more exciting. Make it clear that you've put effort into your forum, and make it sound like there are a lot of interesting discussions on your site! Since I want you to change your descriptions, I'm not going to bother with grammar at the moment. If you choose to take my advice and change your descriptions, then request a follow-up review. I can help you with grammar there.

Closing remarks: I can see potential here, but your forum still has some problems.
Forum's strong points: You have a wonderful theme!
Improvements to make: You need to improve the activity of your members and your staff. You also should consider changing your forum descriptions.
