First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)

Your forum actually looks pretty good. I like the color scheme; it's unique, and it suits your forum well. However, I'm not a big fan of the icons at the bottom (the ones by the forum stats, online users, and login form). Other than that, I don't have any complaints about your theme. It does the job. I also like your banner.

EDIT: You changed your theme while I was working on this review. The new one is good, too. xD I still haven't got any complaints.

Your forum looks only slightly active at a glance. You've got a minimally acceptable amount of posts and members. You've got an empty forum, though, and empty forums can make a really bad impression. You should definitely fill that forum up with topics and posts.

My first impression of your forum was decent, but it could have been better.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

Your forum's index runs pretty long, and it's not exactly organized the best way it could be. You've got a category with one forum and a category with two forums. Categories with only one or two forums look very awkward. I would recommend putting the "Team Aero HQ" forum under another category if at all possible. I would recommend removing the "Wifi Area" category and putting those forums under "Pokemon General." I honestly don't see the need to have forums for ALL the Pokemon games. You should probably just have one forum for Pokemon Games. Maybe you can even have one forum with sub-forums for each game. I also don't see the need for web development forums on a Pokemon forum.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

According to my calculations, you currently receive around thirty posts per day, and you've got about thirteen posts for each of your 111 members. You've got a really good amount of members, but you haven't got a lot of posts. You should definitely send out a mass e-mail to your 111 members to be sure they all know that your forum's still up and running. This may make a few of them take another look at your forum. It seems odd that you have 111 members in less than two months but only about 1500 posts. You should also try advertising on other Pokemon forums; there are some larger ones advertised here at FP. If you make valuable contributions and advertise your forum in your signature, people may be inclined to check out your forum.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

One thing I noticed is that your rule thread really makes you sound arrogant. I'm sure you're not like that, so you may want to revise your rules to sound less heavy-handed. Being aggressive like that may scare away prospective members. It seems that you've currently got one administrator and two global moderators. That is very sufficient. I would definitely not recommend hiring any more staff members at this time. Your staff members appear to be decently active. You guys also seem to do a good job of welcoming new members. Overall, the only problem is that the rules seem pretty aggressive, and you sound a bit arrogant in that thread.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

A lot of your forum descriptions are very good. However, one forum doesn't have a description at all, and a few have very puny descriptions. Each description should be at least one or two meaty sentences. Make sure your forums are thoroughly described, and make sure your descriptions are selling your forum. Make sure prospective members can see that you've put a lot of effort into your forum. Your descriptions also have a few grammar mistakes, so you should try to proofread and iron those out. If you're having trouble with grammar, you can PM me for help. I don't think you should use "I" in any of your descriptions, either. I've talked to some people who think it's strange to see "I" in descriptions.

Final Remarks: Your forum isn't bad overall, but you've got a few issues.
