First Impressions:
On coming to your forum, my first impressions are unfortunately not what I wanted to expect. I'm greeted by a default phpBB theme on a Forumotion domain name, and I'm seeing no descriptions. These are 3 things I strongly dislike when coming onto a forum. When I first started, I admit I used free domain names, but I used .tk which isn't that much better, but I would put it higher on the tolerable scale than an outright default free subdomain from Forumotion. As with the theme, it's the generic blue phpBB prosilver theme with no logo, but rather the site name in text followed by the slogan on the next line. It is very difficult to find that something that makes me want to even stick around, and if I do for the first time, I could not see myself returning again for a second visit. Aesthetics are key because while the content might great, if it doesn't look good or hurts my eyes, I won't be staying.

Activity Level:
So your site was just created on September 11th, which is only a few days old. But you already have 7 members(including you) it says on your website, and only 3 with you included have posted at least one message. While a site might take some time to grow, you need members in order to assist you in creating content and that is essential to your sites's success. With that being said about the other 4 not posting a message, I noticed you do not have an Introductions forum. I never quite understood why some left this forum out for new members to get acquainted with the community and feel welcome. This forum right here can easily get you at least one message per member posted, even if that member does not return again for a second visit. As the Owner, you have the highest number of messages that you've posted which is good since you are working to grow your site, but if members aren't posting or replying, that's a problem. I'd like to see you get your members excited about your new forum and see how you can not only get new members, but also energize members to post on your forum.
Poor
Thing you liked best about forum: I like that you've taken the intiative to prepare some sections with some content.
Thing you liked least about forum: Use of free subdomain name, lack of a theme, lack of forum descriptions.
Overall Mark:
Your forum is new, but unfortunately the age of the forum does not exempt it from having its flaws. If you haven't considered it yet, check out the Forumotion Support Forum for any tips and tricks that can help your forum. Additionally, Forumotion has a vast selection of themes that you can choose from. In regards to your domain issue, saving FP Cash here over time can help you get a domain name that will improve the image of your forum. Finally, even if they're short, forum descriptions will help your members identify where to put their topics and in turn will help to keep things organized.
