Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I really like the banner up top. Not too flashy, and simple, but tells alot on what the forum is about. There's alot of empty space to the right, and wouldn't be a bad idea to utilize that space. Wether adding an extra image, or some kinda text like a slogan or something.
Also, I really, really like this template and skin. It's very professional and should fill anyone looking for PC problems with confidence. The thing that bugs me, is as much as I like the quick tools to the left, there's a ton of empty space as you scroll down, and I'm assuming that space is being reserved for ads, or something.
You shoulda expected that this was going to be mentioned. But your affiliates are plastered with only your affiliate button on at the bottom. If you don't have affiliates, may be best to hide that until you do get other affiliates. Not many forums will want to affiliate, when their button will be surrounded by your own button.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Layout of the forum looks really good. Very easy to navigate, and I must say I really, really like the board icons that represent each board. Usually these can look unattractive, but they seem to really dress up the body of the forum.
The only thing that kinda throws me off, is you have 2 of the same board titles in 2 different categories. Webdesign & Development / Operating Systems. I can understand that both seperate boards have different functions; but just seeing them named identically the same just throws me off. Also, you should have the Webdesign & Development section at the bottom of both sections. I like where it's placed under the Support category, and should be complimented by the other board of the same title in the previous category, at the bottom, as well.
When going through your most active section, Discussion under the off-topic, it's very clear the members like to discuss all aspects of entertainment; so why not add an seperate section for Entertainment, seems like it would be an active board, and will help organize those topics in their own section.
I don't have much to complain on, here, just a few minor suggestions.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
I think your forum is doing fairly well, considering the amount of PC forums out there. Most users will use the manufacturers website for troubleshooting, so it is refreshing to see that your forum does bring in alot of interests.
But, being a little more realistic, within 5 months the member count is substantially low, as well as posts. I would recommend searching tutorials, anything you can find that would be useful, don't just wait for members to show up and ask questions or post their own. Let them arrive, and see that you guys are keeping the forum up to date, with new material, and other content that will be useful.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Your number in staff is managed quite well. 2 admins, and 2 mods is very good for your forum. And I see all are active, and contribute to the forum in all aspects, as well as, welcoming new members, and posting on the forum with professionalism. Nothing bad I can say on your decision, or anything about your moderating team. Great job, here.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Everything looks really great. Your board descriptions are well thought out. Some are sghort, but they do get the job done. Just a few minor errors I seen while reading through them.
The PcProbs comunitty wants to welcome you... /
community is mispelled in this sentence.
Where all PcProbs announcements will be posted. / Nothing wrong here really. I just don't think starting the sentence with "Where" sounds right for something as important as the announcements section. Maybe somehting like, Check here for the latest announcement at PcProbs.

Final Remarks:
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The new banner, and design. Very slick and stylish. I also really like the board image icons for each board section.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The affiliates at the bottom. I think when you scroll down and look at it, and think about it, you'll agree.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
I'm a member, and do like to check in from time to time. If I even knew how to word out what my probelm was, and explain it where it was understandible, I'd defenitely try and use PCProbs for assistance. Hopefully, other looking for solutions will just refrain from the manufacturers support board, find you guy, and give you the chance to help.
