Your Forum Review
First Impressions - (Out of 20)
The first thing I thought when I got to your forum is that it was VERY professional looking which I'm sure if something you were aiming for. I immediately noticed that green, a color that in my opinion is hard to make look good, was all over the place and the skin made it work, which I really liked. Your portal wasn't overloaded with stuff and was easy to understand, so no problems there. In all reality, nothing stood out to me as negative or bad on your index of your portal OR forum. Seriously, on first look I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
It seems vBulletin and IP.Board forums always look professional (I suppose since they are the forums the professional companies use a lot) and yours was no exception. Your skin was very easy to understand (by that I mean I immediately understood what the icons meant, etc.) and as I mentioned before, looked very nice. Everything was easy to read. The skin never deviates too much from its main color scheme which is good. As far as how your forums are physically layed out, as far as I can see they are categorized completely. To be honest, this is another one that despite looking, I cannot find anything to suggest or complain about.

Forum Statistics - (Out of 20)
Your forum is on a roll of perfect 20s! Why would I say that before even judging this section? well, your forum is 2-3 weeks old, therefore, it is virtually impossible to review your activity. So why would I just assume a perfect 20 points? Well, it's obvious you care about getting your forum started and active since you're on places like ForumPromotion.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Unfortunately, this is where your perfect 20s come to a stop. Seriously, out of 15 members, 4 admins and a moderator? I can understand PcPros and GFX team members since they're vital to your forum's operation, but 4 admins plus a moderator?! That means 1/3 of your member base is either an admin or global mod! That's way overkill. I can understand that you want people to stay active, but handing out promotions is not the thing to do. That can be REALLY intimidating to newcomers. I seriously suggest taking down the "Moderators- Look over the tutorials forum to make sure all tutorials are real legit tutorials and are appropriate as well as check other forums for inappropriate topics" part of your staff application topic immediately and stop hiring admins and mods for a very long time. Please don't interpret this as me saying your staff is doing a poor job or you have a poor staff team, it's just that you have way too much people on the team.

Spelling and Grammar - (Out of 20)
Your spelling and grammar certainly was not the worst I've ever seen. It wasn't perfect, but it was good. "Please post any bugs you find with our site or any suggestions that you may have for us to improve PcProbs" lacks a period and should be "Please post any bugs you find with our site or any suggestions that you may have for us to improve PcProbs." The following forums have this problem:
-Suggestions/ Bugs (Mentioned above, also I would consider removing the space after /.")
-Job Applications
-Discussion
-Graphics
The only other thing that even staff on your forum were pointing out grammar issues. (
http://www.pcprobs.org/showthread.php?t=78 was one I saw.) I'm not trying to insult you or say your spelling's horrible or anything, just you know, make sure words are used correctly, etc. Not bad overall though.
