Pen Pal

Have you ever had a penpal? If so do you still keep in contact?

I had a penpal for a few years when I was in middle school. We exchanged letters, little trinkets, photos, things like that. I still have some of the letters from her saved.

When I was younger I had several pen pals. I did not stay in touch with any of them though. It was really fun to receive letters in the mail. I even exchanged gifts with a couple of them.

I've never had a pen pal. I don't think that is really popular anymore, is it? 😱

When I was in school, a long time ago, yes I had one. I didn't think they did this anymore though.

In high school, my sister encouraged me to do snail mails with someone abroad. There was this one girl whom I sent a letter with, but never replied after. I don't know. Maybe she didn't like my handwriting.
