Our member base isn't the best but we have a ton of guests coming every day.

First of all, the value im putting on it comes from this.

1. your members/posts ratio is low. It should be at least above 50. It tells me that people register, get wat they need and leave. Unless a lot of the members have no posts, it's how I see it.

2. Skin looks default

3. Other forums are based on this theme, so that would drop the value.

I'm just telling it how it is. I wouldn't pay more than 50 for it.

3. They're not. I paid +$15 for this theme. And I have 4 other themes which I've paid +$10 for. My members like this one though so I use it.

3. I'm planning to add something to PenHacks that will make PenHacks totally original and stand out from every one else so maybe that'll help raise the value of the site.

Lol wut? That's a premium theme on Audiento Designs worth something like 25$, if that was default then everyone would use mybb lol.

I'd probably say around $250 - $400 depending on the buyer.

Not really a fan of the domain, however that's just down to personal preference. You have a good amount of users, posts & threads.

I think if you customized the theme a little more, added some custom icons and what not, then it could go for more.

Looks great however I would value the site at around $75 - $150 which depends on the buyer. I looked up the theme and has been sold multiple times and that is why people may have seen it before on other forums. You may find you get a higher offer because like I said, it depends on the buyer really. If you get the forum more active then you will get a higher offer for it so if you are desperate, write your own content and make it original.
