People who decorate their vehicle?

What are your first thoughts on people who decorate their vehicle? Have you seen those? Wreaths for Christmas, or antlers? There are many others I've seen, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind.
 
It's not really a thing in the UK but so long as it's done with safety in mind I wouldn't have a problem with it.
