What percentage of the decision making on your forum do you have as a staff/owner? Do you make sole decisions, share with others or ?

If you are alone then you ahve no choice to make your own decision then as you grow and build then the members helps

There is need a pool when all staff members contribute on the pool and result of pool is determinative for important changes.

I think everyone's input on staff is very important but if one person is making sole decisions, what's the point of having staff? I ultimately think that Admins should have final decisions in anything though.

My original forum is now in the hands of a committee who must unanimously agree on all decisions. While I am still involved, it's no longer "mine".

My new fledgling project is based on a very narrow niche, maybe too narrow. It's still growing and regular contributors will have the chance to become staff and help shape the direction of the site.
