Percentage of good vs bad backlinks

If you have 100 high quality, high page rank backlinks from relevant sites, does it still matter if you have a few lower quality backlinks? Or, does even one bad backlink outweigh all those good backlinks?

If you have 100 high and good quality blinks and few bad, no it does not affect ur site.

I think having a good amount of high quality backlinks will definitely out weight any bad backlinks you have on your website, it all depends on how many you have of each though.
