Design Quality
[note]========== BEGIN - Design Quality ==========[/note]
Perfect Storm Industries' website has a rather simple design, contrary to its name. You mentioned about your confusion over integrating the group's name to the design, which is obvious from how the background to almost all pages are bland, plain colors with a gradient play sometimes. Thinking about what can be used to incorporate the website's name with the design, I agree it will be rather hard to add "stormy" images to the design. However, I was interested in the idea of adding what your website offers as background images. Perfect Storm Industries is about games. What do you think about adding screenshots of the games the group produce as the background? If there are "stormy" scenes in the game, that may suit the case even more. But even if there isn't any, or there are not many games the group has produced so far, background images will be one promotional media that catches the eyes of visitors as they browse through pages of the website.
The logo at the top left navigation bar is great in simplicity, although my personal preference makes me feel rather awkward that its size shrink as I scrolled down in the page. I believe the purpose is to give less space to the navigation bar and more attention to the body of the page, but the way it shrinks always catches my eyes and therefore distracting me from everything else. Various icons and images used throughout the website are generally okay and matches the current design.

Staff Professionalism
[note]========== BEGIN - Staff Professionalism ==========[/note]
I'm rather impressed by the professionalism level seen throughout the website. There are minor concerns mainly about spelling and grammar, though. For sub-titles in each page, I feel it will be better to have them end up in full stops, treating them as sentences. Some other sentences are also missing commas or full stops. There are also missing letters in some pages, such as "This is required as part of the job. If you do not have one, please create
on at Twitch.tv", with bold part as the one which needs correction. Same applies to the conversations at the forum, which seems to be going pretty well even though as a guest I was not able to see many parts of the forum. I suggest to proofread every page or post as soon as you finish writing it; that way it will save the burden of proofreading the content again later when it has piled up.

Site Structure
[note]========== BEGIN - Site Structure ==========[/note]
The overall structure of the website is simple enough already. Looking at the page name, it is clear what the content will be. I believe we can still make improvements for it, though. Some pages can be merged while others can have their content expanded. The pages which I think can actually be merged are 'Home' and 'Blog' pages. The current content of 'Blog' page can fit perfectly at 'Home' page. The current 'Home' page lacks content; you spend too much space with Twitch channel banner which is unclickable, while the actual link is at the bottom of the text. I think it will be better to use that space for recent blog posts; 3 posts will fit the space nicely. That will also give the posts more exposure compared to having it at 'Blog' page, where visitors still need to spend one more click to view the latest updates Perfect Storm Industries has. For 'Careers' page, I don't think there are more content you can add. I will probably consider adding short descriptions of each positions right after the name of the positions, with links to application form. (Your current set up has it that it takes one click to get to job description page and another click to get to application form.) If each position has different payroll and benefit, it will probably better to list them under each position, forming a kind of table. If there is no specific payroll, perhaps it can be omitted until there is more definite decision about it.

Final Remarks
Perfect Storm Industries actually has most of basic things going well. The website seems to lack most in terms of content and efficiency in organizing the content you have in hand. Discuss the matters with team members, ask for help whenever needed, and don't be too afraid in experimenting with the elements. (As long as you don't forget to make a backup file!) I believe you will be able to improve much better than this. Good luck!
