How much do you appraise the site at?

Hosting (500Gbps protection on dedi)
Custom theme by Verilog (custom profile, rep page, index, etc.)
Custom logo with fade effect (multiple logo versions)
Custom userbars
Custom graphics and icons
Database
Current state of activity (tons of actives)

Approximate earnings: $500.00 (in the past couple weeks)

Do note: I am not selling, I just want to know what it's worth.

I'm not a pro at valuations but I think your site is worth quite a bit especially if it is already bringing in good revenue.

Not sure how long a 'couple of weeks' means, so I'll just assume a month. I would say it's worth at least $1,000 - 1.5k, but possibly more. Website value sites are putting it close to 2.5k - 4k, but I've almost never seen a site go for the prices that those places list.

However, if it's traffic and current earnings are solely (or mostly so; and it sounds like you might be doing this) because you are pumping tons of money into advertising and SEO, that would have a hit on it's value in the short term but probably boost it's value in the long term as long as the traffic is at least mostly self-sustaining.
