Hey there, I'm willing to do a permanent exchange with someone.

If you have a promotion forum or a general discussion forum, I'm willing to be active if your active
on my forum. If you need help staff wise or anything as well I can help if you like.

I would prefer to do this exchange with phpBB2/3 Promotion or General Discussion forums.

If you still really want to do this but your forum is either not Promotion or GD or not phpBB then
still post and I'll think about it.
