Have you ever done a 30 day personal challenge? I've done a 30 day vegan challenge which was actually pretty nice because it made grocery shopping easy and I ended up losing 15 lbs during that time. I've also done the Whole 30 which is where you eliminate all processed foods and other food items like legumes, sugar, and dairy. I've also given up Facebook for 30 days. I'm trying to think of my next challenge and can use some inspiration.

I've now just past the 60 day vegan challenge during which I've lost a fair amount of weight. I'll keep it going until I've hit my goal weight and then make a decision on whether to continue. One odd thing, I don't particularly miss meat and as I'm lactose intolerant I don't miss dairy. I do however have a craving for sweet stuff I never really had before which makes me wonder if I'm missing something important.

My next challenge will be to give up alcohol for at least 30 days, preferably much longer. I've had a bit of a love/hate affair with it since I was young. I tend to drink to excess for a year and then not touch a drop for many years. At the moment I've built up enough of tolerance to drink everyone under the table which means it's time to stop.

How about 30 days of kindness...doing something for someone just because. Pay it forward at Starbucks, hold the door open for someone, offer to carry groceries to the car for a senior citizen? Stuff like that?

I haven't done a Challenge. I just try to do the best I can. I honestly don't do well with challenges, even just by myself lol
We've done a Pay it Forward at the store. Always love seeing how it just made somebody's day. I'm going to tell my husband so we can be more conscious this month & that will be our Challenge 🙂

It's a good idea. I think taking on challenges that strengthen our morality are the most rewarding.
