phBB mod - articles/contributions?

Hello

I'm searching for any article system for my phpBB forums.
I tried Google, but couldn't find any (No idea why I can't find one, maybe they don't exist?)

I know that Primetime has got article system, but I don't need that cms system...

I've seen it it many phpBB forums. It's also known as Contributions...on some forums.
