How do i make my forum Phbb too?I wanna make it totally like this forum.But of course different topics and such.

We are phpBB3.0.6, and you can't make your forum the exact same at Forum Promotion, for obvious reasons.

Firstly - Get some hosting either by a free host: http://www.forumotion.com or buy some premium hosting: http://www.hostgator.com

Secondly - Download the phpBB 3.0.6 forum script at: http://www.phpbb.com/downloads/olympus.php

Thirdly - You then go on to install the script if you bought premium hosting. If you have free hosting then your probably already set, as they set it up all for you.

Now you need an actual webhost or you can use a free forum provider to have it instantly installed, or a free webhost and manage it yourself.

http://advertisehotspot.forumotion.net/ is phpBB just hosted by ForuMotion which gives you less control over the forum but they manage the hosting part.

Hawkhost.com, it's not a forum host, it's a webhost which the forum is hosted on.

seriously i dont get it......some other sites when people log in,there's a board index thingy.I wanna make something like that too.

Every forum software has a "board index", it's just stupid for a forum not to have one. Board index just means Forum Index.
