Seen a few people ask for this here and on other forums, so I spent a few minutes writing one.

Very simple, javascript script.

Feature list:
  • Easy to install - edit a single template file
  • Lightweight - ~ 2.17KB
  • Can control unlimited amount of banners
  • Force resize of images to any height or widths or not at all
  • Automatically remove banners from rotation after a set date
