phpBB BBCode Help

I am wanting to be able to use HTML and Javascript codes in certain forum descriptions and rules. But it only allows BBCode. How do I go about doing this.

Due to security there is no html allowed anywhere directly in phpBB3.x. What you can do is create a custom bbcode which handles the html tag that you want to use then use that bbcode in the forum description.

Okay, I did try and create custom bbcode, but kind of failed. Any help is welcome.
