Additional Notes: I've installed one extra theme apart from the default phpBB prosilver. I'm also looking at others to install. I'm open to any suggestions you have to make the forum more inviting to new members and to encourage activity and stuff. I realize that most of the posts have been by staff, but it is all to encourage normal users to post. Thanks for the review in advance!

Pros:
I like your layout. You don’t have neither too many forums nor too little. They are all arranged correctly. Most have at least a few posts in them. You didn’t overuse subforums which I liked.

Your board descriptions were written very well. I didn’t see any major grammar mistakes. However, I did just skim over them. There is no doubt though, you ddi very well with them.

You are not overstaffed. With only three “global” staff members, I think that’s a perfect amount for your forum. Now, I wouldn’t hire any more, but for now, you’re fine. All of your staff seemed active enough and they all seemed to post.

- It’s good you have a (custom) favicon. That can help when bookmarking or, of course, adding a site as a favorite.

Cons:
Both your skins are just sort of “meh” at best. Obviously prosilver is too generic, because basically every phpBB forum comes with it. proglass is better, but the background is bland. Also, it’s not fluid which makes it harder to use on large monitors.

PDEV$ isn’t the most attractive name for your currency. Even something like CASH$ or POINTS$ would do, but PDEV$ just doesn’t sound user friendly.

- Obviously your activity could be better, but I know you’re trying, so that’s not a big deal.
