Your database hasn't been updated. In either 3.0.3 or 3.0.4 template inherits were added (which meant a new field in that table). You'll need to go here, download the autoupdate package, and upload the package to your site and run the /install/database_update.php script which will update your database. Take a FULL database backup before you do this though -🙂-
