[phpbb] how to make it say what the last post was?

how can i make it say what the last post was?

im using phpbb.

on FP it looks like this:

as you can see it says what the last post actually was.

but on my forums it only says who was last to post in that board:

^ Yes to both questions.

There is an instructions file inside the download, opening it up and it tells you what to do.

can you help, i uploaded all the files, and went to mysite/install i installed the mod and it said everything was successful. i also configured the mod and enabled it but the latest post still does not show like the mod should.<br /><br />-- 12 Nov 2012, 22:02 --<br /><br />its ok, done it now i forgot to edit the files, as i didn't read the install guide 😛
