Nope, that's one of Forumotion's limitations. Plus, they don't run on a real copy of PHPBB, so it would be impossible really.

As David has already established, he is running Forumotion so it is impossible to install any mods.

If you want something like this you'll have to either leave forumotion and use proper PhpBB with web hosting... or... suggest the feature here.
