Simply download the desired mod and follow the instructions in the install.xml file. Do exactly as they say.

Try AutoMOD. Depending on your style you may need to do a few manual edits but it's pretty self explanatory.

@ the OP, just try and do it yourself, read some tutorials on the official phpBB.com forum. It's better, safer and helps you in the future if you do it yourself.

They did, automod, but it cause to many errors, it might happens in version 4

Automod doesn't cause the errors, thats like blaming a car for the accident.

Automod is fine on vanilla boards, that is what it is based on, after that there may be few manual edits because Automod cannot find a line where it expects it to be.

And Automod will always tell you where a problem exists, manual modding wont, so you have to check and re-check every single file.

Getting someone else to do it for you, can present other problems, some do all mods through C-panel, so if they leave a site, or just disappear you are left in the lurch if the MOD needs updating.
