Phpbb scripts?

So my forum's birthday is coming real soon, and i would like to know if there is some scripts/mods i can install to the forum to like "celebrate" the event? Like some balloons at the side of the forum, some confetti falling down (like the snow effect). Would be great if you can help!

Just edit the snow to have confetti images instead of snowflakes.
