phpBB to MyBB or SMF theme conversion

I have a completely custom theme that you can see at our Community Forums that I want to convert to either SMF or MyBB. Give me a quote for either one, please.

I could port it to mybb for about $50. SMF would be 75 as I am not familiar with the software.
