Phpbb -> Vb?

Is there a mod for phpBB that allows for a setting to show a message for x seconds before someone posts a topic? Such as that little thing on VB?

uh like I think on Admin Zone I think it is called, before posting a thread in a forum, it shows this rules page that has a timer that keeps you at that page until the time runs out, making you read them.

As far as I know phpBB doesn't have a modification like that in development but you could always ask David, http://www.phpbbdevelopers.net.

I've done a little research and I can confirm that phpbb don't has a Mod that fits your needs, but I have an alternative solution for you, search in google for "splash page" and try to integrate it somehow in your phpbb forum.

Half of The Admin zone's mods are custom they have an staff who makes vB mods.

Well uh since it seems Phpbb does not have a MOD for it I will look into making it or pay someone

He just needs a page that comes up before posting with the rules, then a continue button will show after a certain amount of time.
