phpBB3 forum hovers

In phpBB3, when you hover over a forum on the board index, it shows a color.

A good example would be TheHazey: http://thehazey.co.uk/index.php

when you mouse over, an image appears. How could i change it to just a color. i know its possible, i just don't know how.

The class you need is li.row:hover, if you are using prosilver it's in colours.css
