phpBB3 Fracture is a small team , which develope skins for his customers , the team is just from 3 official members and one volunteer , everyone doing his job at bests , here are the members :

Guinsoo - The CEO of phpBB3 Fracture , he come with projects , do edits for themes , come with new idea , he have knowladges about CSS , HTML , photoshop
Rylled - He is the main designer , his knowladges are CSS , HTML , CSS3 at maximum , he do and photoshop images.
jQuery - The "animator" , he have maximum knowladges about Javascript , jQuery and comes with awesome scripts for themes.
BodgyFX - He is a brainstormer , his job is to come with ideas for themes , he is just a volunteer.

I actually have a question. If I created a theme myself, would you guys be able to take care of the coding on it? If so, how much would that probably run me? Assume that it is moderate to complex in terms of design.
