In the .MODs tab but it has to be enabled which can be done by going to the System tab in the ACP.

If you download the mod, you will find an install.xml file. Open that and follow the actions and instructions given.

Is their a way to install a theme ( style) not using my Cpanel or anything just using the ACP.
Reason is: I'm having some issue with Cpanel and is been fixed but I need to install themes and mod without the user of my Cpanel so, can anyone help ?

You can install a theme if you have FTP access.
