I need help.
I have downloaded the ZIP file for PHPBB.com.
I dont know what to do now.
Please someone help me.
 
Use an FTP client to transfer the files to your host, then extract them.
 
If you need help with that. I can help you out. Just going to need login details and such..

SmartFTP isn't free anymore. You can use the trial for 12 days, although once that's through you can't use it again without buying a license. They've also made it so that you can't keep downloading the trial and reinstalling.

I had to pay £35 in total for my License. Anyway there will be a video tutorial available soon for installing phpBB
 
Wow! I didn't know smart ftp wasn't free anymore. Even though I don't use it, at least I still have a copy of it while it was free.
 
I got SmartFTP free...newest version too >_>

Anyway, I usually use the ftp my host has built in, because I like it better than the others.

Just goto youtube and type in "phpBB3 install tutorial" and theres a few good ones.
 
Yeah I have seen some install tutorials for phpBB and they are quite good. If you moved to a paid host you could have fantastico which auto-installs phpBB for you within a few minutes. However with most hosts fantastico is unfortuantely out of date 🙁
