Hey, I have tried a few phpBB3 portals, but none have worked so far.

Can anyone give me a reliable and easy to install Portal, with download link

Have you tried http://www.phpbb3portal.com/

That is they one we used to use here and it worked fine.

As above. The phpBB 3 portal is without a doubt the easiest portal MOD to install and maintain. Very simple layout, nothing too fancy, does the job nicely.
