phpBB3 Post Template

I am wondering if anyone could share the MOD used here for the default post template when you go to create new threads in specific forums.

I did find: http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopi ... 5&t=561183 - But that is for phpBB 2 and I am not sure if I should install on it on phpBB 3.
