Phpbb3 skin help

Well, I need help. I have uploaded like 5 skins and none of them let me post a new topic..the topic buttons are not just there. I have no idea why this is happening. But I can post on subsilver and prosilver for some odd reason...

This has been bugging me and I really need some help to fix it.

It will be the phpbb3 the style is built from isn't compatible with your phpbb3 version installed.

Ya, The forum is 3.0.3 and all of the skins are 3.0.3.
