phpbb3 Style request (Paid)

Hello there.

I'd like to find a good designer to make a custom phpbb3 style for my forum (based on free hosting with own domain name).

Pretty easy to take this offer, because contained with editing one of the initial styles, Prosilver.
Besides the forum, I will be using the Portal page, which is more like main page to whole site. There will be much stuff to look at, as the site is dedicated for a gaming clan.

To be simple, the list to do:
1. One custom phpbb3 style (NO graphics, just blanks, I will take care myself of this);
Black\red colours, upper and lower backgrounds, transparency elements.
2. "News" reel mod (can be seen at http://www.moddb.com for example, pretty noticeable).
