ok so i want to test out phpbb3, but I dont understand it. so would it be possible for someone to do help me through it or possibly do it for me?

Well it's quite simple actually, but first you need hosting, then you need to make a database and then download and install phpBB3 on the server.

I'm sure Posey can help you get to get it live, you'll either need to buy hosting and all or you can get a free host going.

You can get an hosting from basically everywhere. You do know what an hosting is? It's a domain name and a FTP so you can host files on the internet..

Hosting and domain names are 2 different things.

Hosting is on a server where you host your files and database. A domain name is just a name which points to the server where your files are hosted. Having a domain name is useless if you have no hosting.

You can get hosting from places like http://novahost.org

You could try out phpbb3 on a free phpBB3 host as that saves you installing it.
