do any one knows about this? have anyone used this before? and is it okay to start a website with it? i mean is it secure or what?

Additionally aswell as being illegal it can also be insecure. The person distributing could have edited it in anyway he wants from the original script. He could have added some bad code into the script and then distribute it. You never know it is safe unless you get it from the site that made the script. That is why you should always download software like phpBB, Mybb and so on only from the companies websites and that is why you should never use any nulled versions of software like vb. If you want the script, pay for it.
