Pigs In A Blanket

Question my boyfriend and people on the radio station we are listening to are saying pigs in a blanket are same as cabbage rolls I do not agree. Pigs in a blanket are mini wieners wrapped in biscuit. What do you say?

I've actually heard both types being called pigs in a blanket. As to which is correct, I have no idea. I got confused as a teenager.

I have never heard of them being called that with cabbage I will have to ask my mom and my aunt about it.
