I'm not good with english myself but you really should have spellchecked that before putting on a banner...

The design isn't that bad... but it's not really amazing either, the green/dark grey go well but not sure at all about those blue headers. Why have an image for something that can be text anyway?

Yes, but it's a bad idea..

1) Seo wise - bots obviously can't read images so they won't know what your page is about.

2) accessibility wise - what if I am blind or disabled and attempting to read your site using a screenreader?

3) Structure wise - a good webpage should make full use of <h1>, <h2>, etc for SEO but also it's why they exist - for page/section headers.
